MANUAL TO POWER DOOR MIRROR CONVERSION

Is this possible?

I was changing out my damaged manual driver side DOOR MIRROR, and to my surprise there was a single wiring harness running out and attached to a near by connector. The connector has two (2) wires going into it, and can receive five (5).
Next to the female connector (and not running from the mirror) is another (with 3 pins) that was never connected to/with anything.

According to the service manual (1996 Pathfinder, pg. BT-36) there should/could be another male attachment (to the female 3 pin) running from the mirror, which I do not have. I am guessing that this is for the power mirror control switch.

On my replacement mirror there are five (5), does this mean that the replacement is equipped with a power mirror motor/gear, and that all i would need to do was to attach a new 3pin connector and a power window control switch to have a power door mirror?
