Instructions:If you have a service manual, go through it as it has good instructions on removing all of the components. If you don't have one, get one!

Remove intake scoops in the front of the car.loosen the belt tensioner for the belt that runs the fan.Remove 4 nuts that hold fan on.Remove bolts on fan shroud.Pull both out at the same time (one at a time doesn't work because they are inside one another). Might need a second set of hands.

Replace 4 nuts to hold down the pulley where the fan was (now becomes an idler - same as the factory electric fan). Torque to spec.

retention belt.

Mount new fan with the fasteners and instructions from fan. I would highly recommend a factory replacement fan so you do not have to fab any mounting points.

Mount relay and attach all wires per their instructions. The more functions the relay has, the more you will have to hook up. Cheap ones are power, fan leads and the heat probe. Good ones will hook up to the AC and an "ignition on" power source as well, so it will only run when the car is on.

Replace intake scoop.
