manual to auto to manual swap! :p

well picked up my buddys 240 it was manual then he converted it to auto for the wifey to drive. then i bought it off them did a 5speed swap and i cant seem to get no pressure to build in the clutch pedal. i poured fluid in the resivoir and my brother pumped the pedal and nothing...went to bleed the slave and nothing came out. took the master cylinder off and poured some fluid in and pushed the piston and it squirted out the cylinder. im confused and it may be an easy fix but im out of ideas. help me out.
