Manual Swap s13!

Ok swaped out my transmission, worked for 3 weeks, broke her in, went drifting, now no worky , So far ive replace the slave-throwout twice first one got chewed to s***- master cylinder- 2 diffrent trannys! luckily i have 4 lol, only thing i havent done is tore off the clutch and pressure plate and i never rplaced the pilot,

I just cant get the cluth to disengage, it makes a grinding whur when i push the clutch pedal.. could it be the hard line ( i also did the bypass direct to the slave)?, cant get it into any gear! fml
