manual mode/drive

2008 altima coupe 2.5when i woke up this morning i turned my car on and usually my idles go up fairly quick on the gas but struggled had to wait a few seconds before it went up then also when i put it in manual mode it still said drive i was like wtfguys help me out here?

Cannot say for sure but the drive in manual mode sounds like a system problem that the dealer should be able to take care of.
