Does anyone have manual locking hubs on any of their vehicles? I was thinking about putting them on my Pathfinder but I want to find out if anyone else recommends them.

I recommend using them, they will make the life of your cv's longer, and improve gas milage a little....

I found 2 for a 2001 on 4x4parts.com but it says they are for a 3.0 and 3.3 litre engine. Would I still be able to put them on and operate with no problems?

they will work, you just can't use Auto-4WD if you have the electronic-shift transfer case.

If I disengage the manual locking hubs I can still switch it into Auto, 4 Hi, and 4 Lo right?

Well yes you could but i would not recomment it; 4 hi and 4 low are meant for when you need 4wd, I would keep it in 2wd unless you need to use the 4wd, otherwise you will be in 4wd and have unlocked hub and it is pretty much like being in 2wd.......
