Anyone done the manual hub install on their Pathfinder 4x4? If so, which hubs did you go with? Were they pretty easy to install? Are you happy with the change? Anyone know where there is a step by step how to? Thanks

They are extremely easy to install, I used the mile markers since they are a bit more reasonable than the warns. Just make sure you have hex keys and snap ring pliers. It's fairly straightforward, just don't forget about the snap rings on the end of the cv axle. Also, if you remove the studs, don't break two off like my idiot self did.

Did you notice a difference in gas mileage?

it's about a 1-2 mpg improvement depending on fuel blend, I used to get 13-15 tops with summer and winter fuel, now I average about 14-17 with summer fuel, have yet to get a good indication with winter fuel.

Biggest advantage to the installation of manual hubs is the wear and tear saving on your cv shafts up front. They will only rotate when you have them locked. I like my warn hubs alot. Super easy install. No need to even take the wheels off when installing. Just get your torque to spec and I think you will be pleased. Def an upgrade worth doing yourself. + as mentioned above, gas mileage is slightly better, Always a good thing.
