manual harness into auto car ??

has anyone done this and found things on the manual harness that were not on the auto one? espicially near the left headlight/grilll area? I am hoping that these things are just accessories that are unneccessary, but i have no clue.

just to give you a history, the auto trans car suffered an electrical fire that took out much of its wiring harness, so I bought a manual trans parts car and am transplanting the entire powerplant, including all of the wiring harness and ecu. Also, a lot of my parts car was already dismantled when I got it, so I havent found things on that car to plug into either.

If anyone can give me a heads up as to what to expect with this swap I would be most greatful.
