manual door panels fit on power doors?

Basically as the title says I need new door panels and i can get a set of manual window ones cheap, is there any big difference besides the bigger hole for the window switch (something I can modify to work) and the hole for the manual handle? I might just take mine off and see if it works if nobody knows. Thanks in advance if you know.
