Manual brakes???

Has anyone on here used this set-up? I have heard it makes the pedal feel hard. The kit pictured is a chase bays adapter plate with a wilwood manual BMC.

unless the ratio is changed just unplug the brake booster and see how you like it...


IMO if you are looking for more room in the engine bay look into a hydra-booster system like mustangs and astro vans use

ever driven an early 70's car? same thing. not that hard, but i would imagine you would need a big master cyl.

Yeah. You would also need a cylinder like this that would attach directly to the pedal.

Well disc brakes weren't that common back then. Drums stop faster when you use manual brakes.
