manual boost controller help

im trying to install my 2 nipple mbc but i dont know what nipple goes to wastgate or vaccum

here is the mbc i have http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...35752

bottom should go to the wastegate side should be boost signal line. (vacum line)

I dont think it really matters but id hook it up that way.
