MANUAL boost controller help!

i just got a manual boost controller from a friend. i have no idea how it works or how to set the ball and spring right. my friend took it apart and lost all the instructions on how to put it back together.



the bleeder hole is on the right side of the boost controller with the hose coming out. which way do i put the spring and ball? is it set the right way?? or do i need to swap positions of the ball and spring? also does anyone know which way the boost controller goes on the vaccum line on the wastegate? any help would be nice b4 i blow the motor.

everything goes together in order of how its pictured. the bleeder hole end goes to the wg.
