i have two 240's and one is about to go to the junkyard. i pulled the manual locks out of it to get rekeyed.i havent pulled apart my running 240's power locks to see if they are interchangeable, but i suspect they are. any of you guys have any info on this? iirc there is no difference in the actual locking cylinder

Im pretty sure the door frames and door handles/locks are the same. You should just be able to take out the power lock panel and mechanism and replace them with the manual stuff.
