Manual and Automatic plug pin out questions

To get straight to the point, are the plug pin outs the same for automatic and manual harnesses? The plug in question is the plug that connects the EFI harness to the underdash main harness. To make it easier, it's the great big white one that locks into the black part on the EFI harness. I'd like to be able to pull the plug off of the auto harness and put it on the manual harness myself. If the wire colors are the same, I can do that. If not, can anybody point me in the right direction? I haven't been able to find anything in the FSM.
