Manual 5-speed transaxle lube for '99 GXE sedan?

While replaing the exhuast I want to drain and re-fill the 5-speed manual transaxle lueb in a '99 Sentra GXE sedan. Doe sit just take straight GL-5 gear lube? How much, and what is teh best brand for these trannies? I have used Redline GL-4 and MTL in other FWD transaxles due to soft metal syncros what does the '99 GXE 5-speed use as syncro material?

This web site seems to sugest that we have soft metal syncros and GL-4 gear lube ONLY shoudl be used?

Is this correct? I have some extra Redline MTL90 so now I need to know how much it takes.
