You think the rev hard manifold is better at $400 or the JGStools one for $200 or whatever it is. Also can you use teh JGS for a top mount setup.

The RevHard MUST be better (I have one I need to sell.... $350...)

JGS can be configured for either top or bottom mount.

If you want my revhard, let me know:

does the revhard flow significantly better, or have any real performance gain over the log.

Isnt the on center housing a drawback

Just realized the manifold is drilled for a T4. I want a 50 trim T3/T4, can a redrill the correct holes in the manifold, if not what other good manifold are there on the market with a T3 flange.

Should be no problem to redrill for T3, just make sure it is on-center housing on the turbine.

I think Revhard now drills them for T3 and T4 mounting holes.

not enough to worry about. there's like a 1% drop in efficiency when using an on center turbine.

I was originally going to buy my turbo from cheapturbos.com, but the t3/t4 doesnt say its on center. Where can I find a t3/t04 50 trim .63 a/r turbo thats on center, if you guys know this will save me. isnt the t3 turbine housing small enough compared to a t4 so i dont have to get a on center housing? Thanks for the replies i want to get this turbo project on the way

call ken at cheapturbo.com and tell him you want an on center housing. it might be like $50 more. i think nathan sent his tangential housing back to get a on center from cheapturbo

I think that some of the RevHard mani's are tapped for both T3 and T4, this one is only tapped for T4.

I started to drill a pilot hole (see extra hole started on the turbine mount flange in the pics?) to tap for T3 before test-fitting my turbo onto this thing and finding that my normal (not on-center) tubine entry would make mounting onto this manifold extremely difficult.

alright sounds good, is there anywhere else to get the turbo i want or is cheapturbos the only place, I think it seems impossible to find the right trim turbo on ebay. Where did you guys get your turbos from?

- also where can i purchase a rev hard manifold, hopefully one thats already tapped for T3

Mostly right, I traded for a 5 bolt outlet precision turbo exhaust housing. Its not actually on-center, but its more so than the usual garret 4 bolt style. I know it works on IAP mani's, which are down to 550 now. I dunno about others. It was a $65 charge to upgrade (if you can call it that) to the 5 bolt housing. Ken will know what you need though, its a pretty common thing to have to switch out ;)
