I was researching a little and found these manifolds:http://www.jgstools.com/turbo/index2.html

Stage 1, needs welding and porting to be complete $149USD

Stage 2 Turbo Header Kits $249.99 USD

they both look a little restrictive to me.. could someone shed some light on this for me?

Stage 1.4 Header $139USDRequires more mashineing+welding but has the abulity to be less restrictive on the exaust gases

also a basic turbo question, what size/style turbo doesnt take to long to spool up, yet wont run out of breath around 5-6000RPM. im trying to educate my self as much as possible. i plan on boosting my KA in the fall.

TIA,Kyle

its a log manifold, thats the way theyre made. and any t3/t4 turbo will give you plenty of power throughout the rev band.
