Manifold/turbo inlet gasket questions

The gasket between the turbo inlet and the exhaust manifold is shot on my SR20. i have a couple of quick questions.

What is a fair estimated replacement time?
Will it be necessary to have the turbo and manifold surfaces re-machined?
what is the part number for the gasket or gasket set required?
will the fasteners need to be replaced as well?
