I had an exhaust manifold replaced on my 93. It cost me about $350 but it didn't have any broken studs. I also sprayed PB Blaster on all the screws several times a day for a couple of days before so I'm sure it was easier for the guy than it would've been.nkawall wrote:Hey, my car has been making loud sounds that i thought was an exhaust leak.. but i took it to my uncle's shop because he specializes in exhaust wrk and he told me there is a leak in the driver side manifold right at the top because the studs are broken..which is apparently very common with our engine.. and it is extremely hard to fix due to the position and the amount of space the car has to work in...anyone here ever incounter this problem...i hate it...my car sounds soo nasty...its not fully broken but its still pretty annoying ...help me
