manifold problem w/sr20det

whats up everybody i was looking for some help finding a turbo manifold. its actually for a front wheel drive car but i need a manifold with a external wastegate and a flange for a t304e. the thing ive been having a hard time with is finding one that is NOT any higher than the valve cover? i am already having a clearence problem with the hood. it dosent matter were the exhaust comes out, i already have to make that custom. but nothing can be above the valve cover. any info is greatly appreciated!!
