there was a thread on zilvia that stated there was a clearance issue with the BMC... seems to come close at the very least.

Indeed, you have to use a 5 bolt outlet turbine housing (turbonetics) instead of a 4 bolt Garrett. At least for a T3 turbine housing you do.
