Over the last 6 months or so I had various posts about this subject, this is the summary. Started out with a Megan elbow and T pros manifold. First I cracked the elbow and realized how important it is to brace the downpipe to the transmission mount. I bought a Tomei (which looked exactly like the Megan elbow but it had a badge welded on) elbow and modified the stock dp mount to fit the 3" pipe. Also got Urethane exhaust mounts and they are great. I'm using Nismo motor and transmission mounts and 4 urethane exhaust bushings and that thing is TIGHT! I used a fat blacktop O2 sensor in the Tomei elbow and it works fine on a redtop. Then I needed to get it smogged and got a Catco and threw it on and the car passed smog just fine. Then Things were fine for a bit until I cracked my T pros manifold. For a minute I was thinking about porting and ceramic coating the stock manifold, but I figured it would be cheaper and easier to just get a cheap new one. So I checked out the cheap Megan, T pros and generic manifolds and ended up getting one of the cheap $100 ones cuz they're all the same. I wrapped it with fiberglass wrap and threw it on and it works fine. So, that's my experience so far with exhaust.
