management on ka24de boosted?

hey i was thinking about considerations to make when turbocharging the 240sx..

I have a few questions that i want to sort out before i venture into anything ie. im looking into peicing togeather a diy kit.

what happens when the MAF reads all the extra flow when there is boost pressure? how high does the stock ECU have maps for? Around what boost level could be acheived with stock MAF and stock ECU.... also how would a piggy back affect this?

and whats the deal on how to tackle the ignition timing? MSD? suggestions? how much boost will the stock timing take before detonation?

OK THANKS alot i really will appreciate any input, since i see that alot of people have done ka24de turbos, but i rarely see anything on management, only the physical parts of the kits...
