making SOHC work with DOHC engine harness

I have read a lot about this on different forums. I made mine work in a very simple way with out all the removing the cluster, putting in a DOHC tach, etc. When you have made the swap and have matched wires where the two harnesses connect, instead of connecting the yellow/red, run a wire from the yellow/red (the tach side) to the green/black wire on the front side of the coil. Just be sure to leave the yellow/red wire from the engine harness unattached to anything.
