Making red tail light turn signals?

Hey, does anyone know if it is possible to make the amber signals on the stock 240 red? Or any place that would sell this style of tail lights.

Ive tried a search, but only came up with the 180sx kouki tail lights and the clear corner ones which have the white turn signals.
