making custom 4 lug to 5 lug adaptors.

well im bored and in class right now ive been searching around and it looks as tho some ppl had sold 4 lug to 5 lug adaptors over in the uk and nz areas well i was looking at it and i can make those in solid works or cad which i have on my computer here at school. which i could give to a machine shop and bam 5 lug (hopefully) but like i said im in school right now and my car is at the shop. so if anyone is free can you please take all the measurements of the drum? area where the lug studs come out of. like diamater. the diamater of the middle hub part is. the distance from the hub to the lug lug to the outside of the drum. i know im missing some stuff but just wanting to get started then gona take my own measurement went i go to the shop tonight. if possible can you get these in mm.

i need this on both the 4 lug and 5 lug.
