I've never personally done it but all I can say is that if you have the time, money, and skill to do it then go for it. Its definitely not impossible but I don't imagine it being easy either.

I've read at least two threads about 240 "caminos" I think they called them. Not my cuppa tea, but pretty cool nonetheless.

yeah, I would definitely build a 240truck if I had a shell and the resources. As for the 7MGE, people have put 2JZ's in 240s so I'm sure it's doable, but unless you can fab up all the conversion stuff yourself, you will probably spend less on an SR20 when all is said and done. Also, a stock sr20det makes more power than a 7mge... you mentioned you have a turbo, but you are going to have to put a little money into your bay if you want to convert that n/a 7mge to f/i. But don't listen to me. I'm not speaking from experience. I just read.

And yeah, it would be rad if you made it work.

I think the thread i use to see the most was the sil-camino thread. It is one of the s13-a camino build threads. Good Luck with it man its going to be a lot of Fab work not just engine but vehicle its self. I would be prepared for Long Hours and Lots of Money.

discrediting the 4 bangers is silly already, what is a 7mge going to do better than a kat or sr20? nothing. youll be swapping and turboing, rebuilding, its going to be a needless exercise.
anyway back to the truck idea, do it...they look pretty cool, some user here with the name of "eddy" somthing had done one and it turned out pretty damn badass, theres a thread on it here if u can find it.
