Ok, lets say, u buy a sr20det and do the following-better rods and pistons-slight hone-gasget-head bolts-springs-RAS-cams-greddy oil pan-big intercooler-big radiator-big oil cooler

will this be enough to ensure u that u will have a reliable, long lasting sr20det

im still hunting down my car, and will do a swap in the summer, since im trying to get a 5 year, $20,000CAD loan,(worth the same as an american nickle), im gonna do tons of **** to the car right away. and my goal (i know i always change my mind) is to have reliable, powerful sr20det 97 240sx. it needs to last me for a long time.

so is this enough to ensure a long lasting sr20det. and waht else would u do to it>??thanks

you forgot engine management, that is the most important thing because the bottom end can withstand 350hp stock

if you rebuild it when you get it, their is no reason that I think of why it won't
