Decided on what I'm going to do to the vert.First going to restore like I said, new top, paint job, probably put a newer motor in. Me and my friends are working on a way to put a keg in the trunk.Going to have 2.One with beer and one with coke/pepsi. Going to run the lines up to the glove box were you can fill your drink. Also going to have a cooler system so it will be chilled when it comes out. Yea I know it's pointless to probably due this but it's a why the h3ll not thing.Car is a beach cruiser and it's Daytona.Add liquor to Daytona anywhere and you got a party.

Looks like it's going to run around $200.But as for the cooling process.Though maybe best way is to make my trunk with sheetmetal.Make the brackets for the tank and keg to sit.And have a drain plug That I can open so I can just grab about $10 of ice toss in there and be good.Going to be foamy though being it's in my car....but o well it's on the beach and it's hot as long as it's cold right?

sounds like fun since you are doing performance stuff to your other s13's

as far as cooling goes you gunna try and keep it away from the exhaust side so it stays cooler longer?

also... dont we lose a little bit of trunk space when the top is down?

Yea but this will be shiny.Besides it will be cleaner this way.Only an extra $100 to make it look clean Also think it will benefit in cooling.Thinking about making the line pass on the bottom a few times so it goes next to the cold metal. To ensure it's cold.Got to see how much money I got left and see how far I can get done with this....Still need exhaust and probably goign to spend 100 on MBC and gauge for my other project. After that I should be good except for $$ of dyno run.

Lol, get some type of insulation to run beneath the sheet metal to keep it cool and seperate from the exhaust. Do you really think you can fit a keg in that trunk?

It will fit don't forget they got smaller ones.Only need a 5lb co2 tank which support 5-7 regular size kegs.

Well I use to work at the Hilton. When I left my buddy took my spot.We get discounted rooms there. As long as some more along the beach that are part of the same group. If my vert isn't finished My ka-t will be.And we got jack jager and 151.So we can have a great time.Hit the clubsright there while we are drunk and then stumble back to the hotel. How many you got coming? Each room has 2 beds and I comfy chair and think it has another....

Well at the hilton which regular price is 189 I get rooms for $60.Only problem is that we an only get one room. But at any of the other hotel that's a ember we can get however many we want.I know with most it's like 30-50 for our discount.Because that's about what it cost for employees to clean the room and cable energy water etc. He's goign to get some more info on Monday on the other hotels.

Going to wait till I go back to work before I order the parts.Because since I been out of work I've spent all my money on my KA-T.So as soon as I go back taking vert to get new top and front seats redone. Then to get a paint job. Then by the time I get it back all the parts will be at my house.

A good compact way to keep beer cold coming out of a keg is.......................

Inside of the cooler coil up as much copper tubing as you can or as much as you want ( the more tubing there is the colder the beer will be) this is really the most difficult part because you dont want to kink the tubing.

Drill holes in the cooler where ever it is easy to attach, usually IN the side and out the TOP and attach flexible hosing to the copper tubing in the cooler and then attach the rest of the hookups as usual.

Then all you have to do is pack the cooler with ice and add some water.

This setup would go between the line running from the keg to the spout.

You can use any size cooler depending on how much room you have in the trunk left after the keg is in place.
