making 300-330hp

I have a red top sr in an s13 coupe. It is completely stock. What turbo can make 300-330hp? i know i need injectors and all that other stuff. I just want to know what turbo can do it. I dont have much money, i would like a GARRETT but aren't there any other decent brands that can give me that much power at a better price? please help.

gt2871r, quick spooling ball bearing, great turbo for that engine (around a grand if you shop around)... or a 20g.
