I'm running ka-t setup and I was wondering if I can just take out the cold pipe that connect to the TB and put my short ram and stock ECU back in.

No. You're turbo will spool with no resistance and it will damage the turbo.

To everyone who said it would run super rich - he wouldn't keep the MAFS pre-turbo, he'd put it back in between the intake and the filter. Granted he is using the tune for whatever size injectors and MAFS he is running, it will run fine, just be severely detrimental to the turbo.

If your tuned by someone competent it wont run uber rich. You just wont ever come close to fuel cut. But whats the point? Did you toast the compressor?

i was just wondering what will happen if i do decide to go back N/A for couple days .... and still keep my turbo parts in ... just disconnect the cold pipe from the TB and throw my short ram in .... thats all =) ahhaha
