Major Smog problem help

It's like worse and worse...would it because of taken off the AIV stuff?, also missing one of a vacuum switch valve on the back(close to the firewall)so the second last result is %C02/%02/HC(PPM) /CO(%) /NO(PPM)15MPH/13.1/2.1/max118(result 118)/max0.75(result0.72)/max799(res571)25 /13.7/0.2/max93(res154) /max0.63(res1.83) /max738(res164)Then I put a new 02 sensor(the first one came out the exhaust manifold) and a new catalytic converter.... %C02/%02/HC(PPM) /CO(%) /NO(PPM)15mph/13.2/1.9/max118(result109)/max0.75(0.85) /max799(res721)25 /13.2/0.7/max93(res116) /max0.63(res2.18!!!)/max738(res177)Help...it's a 92 KA24DE engine...

i'd double check to find out about that missing vaccum switch you talk about.

i'm not familiar w/ ca smog testing but here in tn i had to cheat a little. i lowered the idle rpm a little and retarded the timing quite a bit to. if you know someone who has a consult then they can really help you out by tuning the car to run lean/clean.
