Hey Yianni- Sounds like bad contact at the battery posts. Are both posts and clamps really clean? If not clean them with baking soda, water and a wire toothbrush. Are both clamps tight on the battery posts? You shouldn't be able to rotate them by hand.

If all these are good and it's still hard to turn over you've got to suspect that your battery is not as new as you think it is.

Good luck.

Ditto on Mike's thoughts. I had exactly the same thing on my old Q when one of the battery terminal clamps wasn't tight. If you confirm that you have a good connection, have someone turn the key while you monitor the voltage with your multimeter. It's shouldn't drop much below 12VDC.
