MAJOR PROBLEM NEED HELP ASAP

My ride is so fuked up ,mechanical not physically.This is what happen. I was testing out a few LED bulb from a supplier and was turning me car on and off. to check them. 5 Min later I turned off my car and went to turn it on to leave but my car didn't even start. I cranked it all the way but no ignition nor did it crank. I boosted my car,checked fuse but still no luckk on getting it start. Later on my friend came in and start the car by hooking up a wire from battery to started,while i was pumping the gas.

When I started to drive, it was reving way to high and when i floored it,it didn't even go past 3.5krpm and it accelerated really slow. When I parked the car i got a code P1605 ( A/T Diagnosis Communication Line ) and it didn't start again.

Is it un-programmed key or is some safety thing for the transmission .

sounds like a safety thing and it kinda sounds like it needs to be looked at by a pro if youre having all those problems

yea the mechanic told me it some safety module for the transmission. its cost 400+ for part and i have no clue what hes talking about.
