Major oil leak..

I have a belt squeak around 4,000 RPM.. I popped the hood @ work today.. the belt was covered in oil along with all the other belts and components near the front of the engine.. I looked under the car and there was a large amount of oil sitting on the ground.. I've had an oil leak for a while, I never did figure out where it was comin from, but this is starting to freak me out..

Does anyone know what I should check.. I checked the oil pan not too long ago and made sure all the bolts I could access were tight.. I did a ghetto thing and smeared some liquid sealant over the part where the oil pant meets the bottom of the block (basically to cover up the "seam" where the two meet)..

I don't know what to do! Any one have a clue as to where this oil would have suddenly drained out of? The oil is below the A/C Compressor area..
