Major Leak at Manifold

well latly my car's been running wierd and my exhaust sounds weak and my motor was sounding like a boat in water, so i finnaly pop the hood and gas it and sure enough, it was leaking out alot were my headers bolt up to. The one side looks like both the bolts broke off, so how would i go about getting the other piece out. And also, could this be the reason why my car has been slower and weak

alright, bolts weren't broken, so i got some new ones in, and the leak stoped and all i can say is it has its power back and runs soo much better. Just hope i get better gas millage now.
