MAJOR IDLE ISSUES !!! PLEASE HELP!!!

any input will help me right now. i have a sr blk top and i have no idea how to set the timing or the iacv first of all how do i do thoes. i have a timing gun and i know there are 6 marks on the crank pully???? other than that i dont know what else to do on setting it????? IT RUNS BUT NOT SMOOTHLY ITS EITHER TOO HIGH OR AS SOON AS I POP THE THROTTLE IT GOES TOO LOW IF NOT DIES. WHAT DO I SET FIRST AND HOW DO I SET BOTH OF THEM????

look up timing in tutorial link in my signature. look up idle also. you can only adjust with the small screw.
