Major Headlight complications! Please help

Its an S13 180sx with pop up headlights. The previous owner did some bull**** wiring and mixerd up a skyline and s13 harness together in a really chopped up twist wire way. Redid the whole harness with one from an s13 silvia front cut which has fixed headlights. The old harness doesn't appear to have the relays and headlamp timer for the pop up motors so I can't understand how the guy had them working.

When i got the car, as soon as park lights came on, switch position 1 the headlights popped. Then it only had high beams when you turned the headlamps on. The retractor button just turned on all the park lights which raised the headlights. When you pulled back the switch to blink with all lights off it wouldn't pop the headlamps to blink the lights.

I need a picture and numbers off of the headlamp timer box so i can try find it within the old harness if it is there. I refuse to believe that the guy had power going into the pop up motors all the time running the possibility of burning them out. I need help ASAP.
