I finally got around to getting a boost leak tester and my results were not good. The pressure gauge on the tester wouldnt move so i tightened every clamp that i could get to and now I get the tester reading just under 1.5 psi. I have a bad leak on the passenger side right at the turbo, I removed the battery and could tighten the top clamp on the inlet hose but the bottom clamp is reversed and the nut is impossible to get to! How am I supposed to tighten that one clamp!?

Have you looked at this guide, about half way down.

Yeah Ive been reading that guide religiously for my boost leak testing. They claim they just "turned the clamp" because it was loose enough. I have air leaking bad but I can't rotate the clamp

I had the same issue, and frustration.
Basically my solution was to gain access to that direction of the turbo, meaning clearing the stuff towards the front of that side of the engine so I could get a socket wrench with two universals and extensions worked in from the front side and hand-guided to the clamps. Like yours, mine were loose but the ps would not move so I fully loosened the clamp and removed the tubing, reversed the clamp and put back together in an orientation I could service from the rear.
VERY tedious and frustrating work that is common to the Z32 and is characterized by cussing the car, Nissan engineers, and eventually EVERYTHING else, it takes patience and constant breaks to maintain attitude and body function. It took me over three days overall (two weekends) to check and tighten my entire intake tract- one of the toughest jobs I've ever done, but got done correctly and allowed me further testing that produced the necessary results- a bad turbo.
Good Luck!

That was actually really helpful! Much appreciated!
