Major Body Roll!!!

Hello. I have an 01 Pathfinder LE 2wd.

At approximately 40 mph, the car begins to rock side to side. It is almost as if a very large person is inside the cab and rocking it back and forth.

I have had the shocks checkout by a mechanic as well as all of the ball joints, a-arms, etc. Also, I had the tires rebalanced. All of the tires are in good shape as well.

The rocking can also be started at a slower speed if I jerk the wheel side to side quickly. When it is rocking, the wheel, however is perfectly straight and there is no vibration in the wheel itself....

Any ideas???
