Need to replace the fluids in transmission and rear diff....what weights do I need and any recommended brands??

Why?

If you've got less than 100k miles INMHO it is a waste of money.

Never try to fix anything that isn't broke.

Here's the info from the manual:

Genuine NISSAN Manual Transmission Fluid(MTF) HQ Multi 75W-85 or API GL-4, ViscositySAE 75W-85 or 75W-90

I did mine with Amsoil full synthetic. There was no difference I could feel, besides my wallet. Save a couple bucks and get the OEM from a nissan dealer.
