Hi all...brand new here.
I have really been remiss in maintenance for my 2003 Murano SE.
It just turned 150K and other than oil changes every 4k, I really haven't done anything.
I really want to keep this for a while...love this car; can you let me know what I need to do?
Service the transaxle, new plugs, etc? Also...do I really need to take it to the dealership if I have a good mechanic?
I can't stand being gouged.
Lastly, how many mile (with proper service :) ) can I expect from this?
Thanks in advance, guys...it's appreciated.

Plugs were due back at 105K.
If your transmission is still working, go buy a lottery ticket, or at least change the fluid.
The front and right engine mounts, lower control arm bushings all need a good look.
Boots on the front struts are probably gone.
Lots of weak points on these cars, you may be surprised if you start looking around.
But, hey if your happy......

Man...you're good.
Replaced the front struts once and one of the mounts went bad. I really, REALLY hope I don't have transmission issues. I'll replace the fluid and the plugs. Nothing else though?

Oh, there's lots more.
Oil cooler O-rings leak
Rear valve cover leaks oil into the spark plug well
Rear exhaust manifolds cracks
Exhaust gussets crack
PS high pressure hoses leak
Spot welds on rear cat break
Rear cats come apart inside
Driver's seat frames crack
Some other stuff too, but this comes to mind.
Of course your car may have none these issues, but they are common in high mileage examples.
