Maintenance help please

Hi guys

I have a 08 altima coupe and it's hitting 60k now. Looked through the guide for what is needed for maintenance but was wondering since I havnt done anything more than just changing oil and oil filters for the last 60k miles is there anything else I need to take care of. I haven't changed brakes should I do that? Should I take care of belts? Is there anything I can do myself? I'm gonna change ai filter and in cabin microfilter myself but anything else?

I know I sound like a noob but any help will be greatly appreciated!! Thanks ahead!!
