Yes keep every single receipt - in fact get a cheap document case and throw every car related scrap of paper in it - warranty info/receipts/purchase agreements, etc. If you ever have to dispute anything with the dealership or an insurance company it makes everything so much easier
My auto broker said you can get the maintenance done anywhere just as long as you keep the receipts to prove it was done according to schedule - also make sure the receipts have a time/date stamp on them and if possible for oil change receipts, a mileage stamp too..
