What basic and advanced maintainence should i do to my car, what i am really looking for is just a web site that has stuff listed, thanks, by the way i do know the manual

I'm not aware of any websites that list regular maintenance, but i'd highly recommend searching. There's a few threads floating around.

Most people usually replace:

Air filterOil FilterSpark PlugsWiresEngine OilTransmission OilWheel alignment maybe?Check out your brake pads and timing chain guide/tensioners

yea, but if the timing chain things are messed up, its a CRAP LOAD of money to have it fixed.

plugswiresdistributor cap&rotorcheck all beltsgear oilfuel filterflush coolant.check pads and rotorscheck timing chain and guides

If your engine is old, or rides odd, or if you just want to, you can have a compression/leakdown test. After doing all this you will know almost all the possible problems your car might have. Your car will also be running like new.
