Main oil seal replacement on s14

Have you guys replaced the main oil seal on your s14s? between the transmission and the differential is the one im reffering to...can you do it on the car or do you have to pull of the diff?

the thing between your transmission and differential is your driveshaft.

oops i meant the one between driveshaft and diff
