main fuse blown??

a while ago i had to replace my main harness because when i got the motor the stock one was hacked. i bought one from a guy with the same engine swap 93 sentra w/ gtir sentra. he had an safc 2 installed in it before he sold me it. he cut the wires so i could wire in an afc easy and can see all the wire colors. i wired it up and it did nothing, then i noticed that the red wire (power) wasnt wired up. it didnt have the power wired through the ecu so i looked the diagram in the afc manual and shows what the pinout is for my car. it said to connect the red wire to the ecu power source, so i did. after everything was wired i tryed to turn the acc on so i could do the inital info on the safc2. when i turned the key everything shut off. i dont have dome lights or horn or anything anymore. nothing works! what could it be? is there a main fuse that everything runs too, or could i have blown the ecu? i must have the worst luck ever, this car has had every problem imaginable!!

It sounds like you cut the ECU power wire. Without being able to see it it's hard to diagnose. Did you hear any noise when you first turned the key?

i herd a snap, the wire it was supposed to be was the ignition power and it was really the ecu power source...

so i went to my car today to work on it to try to figure out what happend. i open the door and the light came on, i was confused!! then i put the key in and turned it, all the gauges lit up... it is like nothing happened!! but i still dont know where to wire my power wire for my safc2. because the one i wired it to last time didnt work!! any ideas?

Do you have the SAFC manual? It has a picture of the pinout and instructions.

yeah, i put the power to the one the manual told to.. it was supposed to be the ignition power but on the pinout i have it says its the ecu power source. the pinout doesnt say a ignition power on it. is there any other place i can wire it to?

Then look at your pinout and find the ECU power.
