main bearing torque specs?

i need the torque specs for the crankshaft main bearings for a 95 240sx ka24de.i looked at the FSM but it only says torque to specified specs but it doesn't say what specs, i also looked at the book they sell at autozone and it said same thing, i also searched here(keyword main bearing) and couldn't find anything.in ft-lb please, i don't know how to translate from N-m to ft-lb.

torque specs are listed at the start or end of the chapter. Just glancing at my fsm 34-38 ft/lb, so what corn322 said.
