main bearing bolt torque?

hey guys just got my rb20det the other day and well doing the normal gaskets and seals and wut not and wanted to check and see how my bearing are doing only problem is i cant find wut the torque on the bolts is supoosed to be ive looked threw the fsm and it just says make sure you torque them to the right spec. doesnt say wut the right spec is. and i googled and looked on nico and havent had anyluck so all you rb gods out there hook me up with this info

34-38 ft/lbs

start from the center work your way out like the head studs.
