MAIN ALTANATOR FUSE BLOWING

HEY GUYS I JUST SWap my engine an and got everything back mounted up. I get ready to start the car and the main altanator fuse blows. swaped it out and it does the same thing. Can anyone help me out with my problem.

check to make sure the alternater ground wire (small wire) isnt on teh same leed as the main wire, and that the main wire isnt grounding itself on the alternator casing. happend to me... then i found out it blew the ecu out.

or you could have a bad inverter* in the alternator. may need to take it to aUTO zone to have it checked.

ITS A S13, THEY CANT SCAN IT.

Are you using a different altanator? It might produce a higher amprage. I had to chang the fuse on my s13 when I swaped out the alt
